Jammu And Kashmir Reports Five New Covid-19 Deaths, 133 Cases #IndiaNEWS #Coronavirus
JAMMU, Dec 16: Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday recorded 133 fresh Covid cases, taking the number of infected persons to 339404 while five persons died due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said.
Of the new cases, 31 were from the Jammu division and 102 from the Kashmir division of the union territory, Officials said.
Srinagar district recorded the highest number of cases at 48, followed by 24 in Baramulla district.
There are 1435 active cases in the union territory while the number of recoveries so far has been 333461, officials said.
Moreover, 139 Covid-19 patients recovered during the time, 19 from Jammu Division and 120 from Kashmir, they said.
