As of today, August 30, Chinas Xiaomi Smart Ecosystem account posted a preview poster revealing the Mijia Robot 2 Pro robot vacuum cleaner which would be available the next day.  



The billboard did not reveal the new products appearance, but it did mention that it can clean the floor through chemical reactions.  



In actuality, the formula in the teaser is a chemical formula. When chlorine gas and water are energized, hydrochloric acid is produced, and what?



When there is no electricity, chlorine and water produce hydrochloric acid and hypochlorous acid (HCLO). Hypochlorous acid is a strong oxidant, a very weak acid (weaker than carbonic acid) with excellent whitening properties; its salts can be employed as whitening and disinfection agents.  



Hypochlorous acid is primarily utilized as a disinfectant, and it is commonly used to disinfect contaminated materials such as surfaces and textiles, as well as water, fruits and vegetables, and food and beverage utensils.  



Hypochlorous acid can also be used to disinfect interior air, secondary water supply equipment, hands, skin, and mucous membranes, in addition to the uses listed above.  



So all we have to do now is figure out what kind of stuff will be formed once electricity is turned on. Whether its hypochlorous acid, oxygen, ozone, or something else.
