State Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mohapatra requested the collectors of coastal districts to keep cyclone shelters ready and stock them with dry foods.In Andhra Pradesh, the Vizianagaram and Srikakulam district administrations have set up control rooms in the collectors’ offices.
