Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and his Meghalayan counterpart Conrad Sangma on Monday demanded that the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, or AFSPA, be repealed.Their statements came after 14 civilians were killed in Nagaland’s Mon district in separate incidents of firing by the security forces on Saturday and Sunday.
