KITS Warangal sets up incubation centre in association with South Africa Company #IndiaNEWS #News
Warangal: Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science-Warangal, (KITSW) in association with Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) has set up an innovation centre in collaboration with South Africa based Aizatron for product development on its campus in Warangal a couple of days ago.
In a press release here on Sunday, KITSW Principal Prof K Ashoka Reddy said that the incubation centre would do great help to the students to grab the opportunities to become successful entrepreneurs in the fields of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine Learning (ML). He also said that an exclusive building with Rs 10 crore would be constructed on the campus premises in Warangal.
We retrying to taking forward the vision of secretary and correspondent Capt V Lakshmikantha Rao (M.P, Rajya Sabha) to ensure the holistic development of the students and make them entrepreneurships, he said and added that this incubation centre would play a catalytic role in empowering the tech startups & MSMEs of the region to create employment opportunities.
Aizatron CEO Ansu Sooful said this centre was aimed at nurturing the budding entrepreneurs and develop the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the institute. The students of third year ECE will be offered in-house internships for a period of 6-12 months in emerging technologies without disturbing the academics and informed the students to be ready to grab the opportunities.
