Namaste Telangana-Telangana Today property show concludes on grand note #IndiaNEWS #Bhadradri Kothagudem
Kothagudem: The two-day Namaste Telangana-Telangana Today property show organised here concluded on a grand note on Sunday.
Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar who visited the show appreciated the management of Namaste Telangana and Telangana Today for organising the event in Kothagudem for the benefit of residents in and around the town.
He said Kothagudem was among the fast developing towns in Telangana and there was a good scope for real estate business in the town. He reminded that a similar show organised in Khammam some time back was a success and the event in Kothagudem has also evoked good response from the public.
Government Whip Rega Kantha Rao also expressed similar views. Municipal Chairperson Kapu Seethalakshmi and senior TRS leader Vaddiraju Ravichandra who attended the closing ceremony of the property show stated that there was a necessity for such an event in towns like Kothagudem.
A first of its kind event in Kothagudem has succeeded in creating awareness among the locals about property shows and how it benefits buyers and real estate developers mutually, Seethalakshmi said. She assured to extend help from Municipal Council for future events by Namaste Telangana (NT)-Telangana Today (TT).
Ravichandra said under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao Telangana was developing rapidly and the same was the case with the real estate sector. Property shows help buyers to buy real estate properties without hassles, he noted.
District Library Chairman Dindigala Rajender, NT-TT GM (Ads), N Surender Rao, NT Branch Manager R Ramesh, bureau in-charge M Venugopal, edition in-charge K Purnachander, DGM Raja Reddy, Assistant Manager B Shekar Babu and others were present.
