Several parts of Delhi and adjoining areas on Monday recorded heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds, ANI reported. The weather conditions led to power cuts in some areas.Traffic congestion was reported in several parts of the city, including the ITO, Delhi-Noida Direct Flyway and roads near the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.Waterlogging was reported in parts of Gurugram, including MG Road, Golf Course Road and Sohna Road, according to ANI.
