New Delhi, July 14 (ANI): Congress leader Adhir Chowdhury accused Bharatiya Janata Party of attempting to form a second republic in Parliament by restricting certain speeches.“At present they (Centre) are saying that certain words cant be used inside Parliament, tomorrow theyll ask to enter the premises in a saffron dress. We have a rules committee in Parliament. They are making a second republic by bringing such rules,� said the Congress leader.
