Delhi Police busts international narcotics cartel #IndiaNEWS #National
New Delhi, September 23(ANI): Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested two key members of the International Narcotics cartel from Darbhanga, Bihar, identified as Abhishek Raja and Nizamuddin. A total of 20 kg of drugs has been recovered from both the arrested drug suppliers. The value of the recovered heroin is more than Rs 60 crore in the international market. The police team received secret information that two drug suppliers, who were indulged in supplying drugs in Delhi NCR are traveling in a car near jhanjharpur in Darbhanga, Bihar. After that, the police team laid a trap near the designated spot and apprehended both the accused by overpowering them. During the interrogation, both accused disclosed that they are members of a big international narcotics cartel. Further, they also revealed that they used to supply drugs in various parts of the country which were smuggled from Myanmar to India through the Manipur border.
