Mainpuri (UP), Sep 20 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh reported its first case of lumpy skin disease. The lumpy skin disease was reported in the Mainpuri district on September 19. It has triggered panic among cattle owners in the district. The state government has administered 49,600 vaccines in all the gaushalas. While interacting with ANI, Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Anil Kumar Singh said, “One case of the lumpy disease has been found which has been cured. We have so far administered 49,600 vaccines in all the gaushalas.�
