Global Clean Energy Action Forum is relevant to world: Jitendra Singh #IndiaNEWS #National
New Delhi, Sept 19 (ANI): Union Minister of Science and Technology Jitendra Singh on Joint Indian Ministerial Official Delegation in Global Clean Energy Action Forum on September 19 said that the forum is the first meeting where 30 countries will participate. “Global Clean Energy Action Forum is perhaps the first-of-its-kind meeting where 30 countries in the world will participate. This is a subject relevant to industry, science, and humanity. This conference will be held in Pittsburgh from 21-23 Sept,� said Union Minister Jitendra Singh. “Besides this, engagements of our joint delegation have been scheduled in Washington too where theyll have detailed discussions with Chamber of Commerce and business leaders. Unless we keep industries onboard, just research wont be enough to ensure clean energy,� he added. “In New York, the joint delegation will also hold discussions with intellectuals and scientists on this subject (clean energy). Indian diaspora residing there will also be included in this 5-day visit so that in time to come, they become a part of this global campaign,� he added.
