Realtor, his gunman nabbed for threatening the GHMC staff with revolver #IndiaNEWS #Hyderabad
Sangareddy: Patancheru police nabbed a realtor and his private gunman, who was holding a licensed revolver, for threatening the GHMC staff with the revolver. They have seized the revolver and 14 live rounds of bullets from them. While the man Sitaramaiah, who was developing a venture in Sitarampuram Colony in Patancheru town, was digging a public road, the locals have complained to GHMC officials. When the town planning officials tried to stop him, Sitaramaiahs gunman Yogesh Kumar, a native of Haryana, threatened the town planning officials led by Dudi Rajendra on February 28 when he approached the Patancheru Police.
Producing the gunman before the media on Wednesday, Inspector N Venugopal Reddy said that they would not tolerate such activities even if they were holding licenses. He said that they will act tough on gun culture. Reddy said that they nabbed him on March 1. Muralidhar, an accomplice of Sitaramaiah, was absconding.
